All applications to the UK and European universities must be accompanied by supporting documents. The documents required for your application will vary depending on the university and course you are applying to, but will generally include some form of identification, plus evidence of your current qualifications. Our consultants will assist with the application process, edit your personal statement and inform you of which documents are required and what deadlines must be met.

As soon as the process of academic advising is complete, we will need your documents for legalization & translation for the university you want to apply. Depending on the University of your choice, there are a number of varying supporting documents required for a successful application. We give you a clear list of which documents you need to provide, avoiding frills and extraneous materials that could slow down your application. 

We know the process for each University we represent, so be confident that we can guide you every step of the way. And yes, if you apply through us, most universities do not require a personal statement, or reference letters! We arrange to pick up all documents required for your application right off your doorstep when you cannot submit these in person, and we legalize and translate all necessary documents in the language required by the University. 

Please note that supporting documents must be submitted to the universities through ILES as certified copies. Certification means that original copies of your documents must be sighted, copied and signed by an approved certifying officer at ILES. Examples of documents that require certification include academic transcripts and completion certificates from qualifications you already hold.

Please include original copies of academic documentation with your application forms, so that ILES can check and certify them before uploading the completed application to the university for assessment.

UK and European universities have authorised ILES to check and certify documents on their behalf as their representative.

We track,monitor and report the status progress of all applications we made for our candidates for medical studies into our partner European Universities. Being an official representatives of UK & European Universities gives us the leverage to known the progress of students application as we are regularly informed by the Head of the Admissions Office on the status of your application, admission processes and the registration dates of your program before courses commences.
